Beware! 10 Cars Burned Triggers

KOMPAS.com - car owners certainly do not want to burn the vehicle engulfed in flames. Musibahnya, not just overwrite the old old car, but luxury as Jaguar had happened in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, late January. So, what causes sparks everywhere and it come from?
Three resource persons, namely Usman Adie (Service Operation Manager Tunas Toyota), Angian (AMS mechanic) and Andrie Widjaja (audio installer Bassindo, North Jakarta) have been visited to find out the core problem.
These are the sources of fire that warrant concern and scrutiny.
1. Exhaust leak. Steam heat is transferred to the fuel line hose is gradually broken and dripping gasoline.
2. Materials. Cloth, paper or cardboard material in the exhaust manifold or exhaust on fire and grabbed the other parts of flammable because of heat.
3. Leakage. Usually at petrol hose clamp binder is less good because, resulting in gasoline leak in the engine room and can be ignited when the engine in the engine-starter or when already hot.
4. Power steering hose. With high pressure oil and suffered damaged to make the oil spread into the exhaust manifold. Generally, the car suffered a power steering hose near the exhaust manifold. This will not happen if the tube is checked when the service involved.
5. Additions or optional on the fuel hoses. Usually, klemnya not strong, as a result of gasoline leaks in space station and caught fire because the heat effect.
6. Solder. Note on a cable connection is less strong patriannya alarms can be triggered by fire because of electrical short circuit.
7. Power cord. Because the crushed and peeled and touched the body that cause electrical short circuit.
8. Cable accumulate. Usually on the battery, regardless because of a shock. When touching the negative cable at battery or body, there was electrical short circuit.
9.Sambungan cable. For lack of a strong lead shorted wire between positive and negative wires. Coupled with a fuse that is too large, so that the wires become hot and smoke arising.
10. The biggest possibility is the O ring on the injector. If the signs are wet, carefully mean O ring is brittle making fuel out of the injector and if left unchecked and exposed to a heat engine, feeding the fire will arise.
Well, the message from the mechanics, do not repair or replace components associated with gasoline and oil, using synthetic materials. after the service, check around the engine, perhaps there are things left behind that can lead to fire.
